Shailendra Kathait

Co-founder & Chief Data Scientist

Shailendra has 14 + years of experience and leads data science practice for Valiance overseeing the successful implementation of AI algorithms in diverse industries and problem areas. Prior to Valiance, he worked as a Data Scientist with IBM Research, American Express, and ICICI Group. Shailendra holds several patents and research publications. He is also the reviewer of several Machine Learning & Optimization journals for the last couple of years.

Anindya Palit

Chief Strategy Officer

Anindya brings 30+ years of experience (and, the grey hair!) to Valiance. He has worked in large companies like Infosys, Covansys (now part of CSC), Coats Viyella and Tata Motors, as well as helped scale start-ups and small companies.

He has established successful partnerships with major as well as emerging technology companies, and is on academia advisory boards. Anindya holds a MBA from IIM, Calcutta and a B.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur.

Kaberi brings over 25+ years of experience to her role as Technology Leader at Valiance, overseeing pre-sales support, developing innovative solutions, and serving as Chief Enterprise Architect. She has previously worked as a Solution Architect in IoT and Connected Solutions at IBM, HP, and PA Consulting. Kaberi has experience in driving transformative projects across Connected Manufacturing, Automotive, Smart Cities, Telecom while integrating Human-Machine Interaction, Virtual Reality, and AI technologies. Kaberi holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation.
